FL Senator Calls On Airlines to Limit Ticket Price Ahead of #Maria

Senator Bill Nelson is urging 10 US-based major airlines to start capping airfare rates as Hurricane Maria approaches areas already ravaged by two other hurricanes.

Overnight Maria strengthened into a Category 5 storm and residents in the Caribbean already are attempting to flee as Maria sets it's sites on Puerto Rico.

During Irma, airlines like American capped their tickets at $99 for coach and $199 for business to allow residents to escape the storm.
