Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubrey have reached a hefty settlement in their child support case, according to reports out Monday.
Los Angeles Superior Court judge Scott Gordon approved the agreement on May 30 saying that the Oscar-winning actress would pay Aubry, the father of her 6-year-old daughter Nahla, $16,000 a month (or nearly $200,000 a year), to support their little girl, according to the Associated Press.
Berry is also expected to pay Nahla's tuition, and the two would split her health care expenses. The payments will continue until their daughter turns 19 or graduates from high school, whichever comes first, Yahoo Celebrity said.
The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" star, 47, is also expected to pay Aubry a retroactive payment of $115,000 and $300,000 in attorneys fees, AP said.
