It's spring break, the sun is out and it's always a good time at the beaches here, but unfortunately things turned for the worst on Friday night. What is being said happened, it a boat got stuck in the sand and several people got behind the boat to push it back in to the water. You can see in the video the boat is revving the engine to try and push itself off the sand. However, while doing so a propeller struck a woman in the head when she tried to help push the boat.
