I came across this food hack that I've got to try! First you need a waffle iron and cheese! But you can't just waffle any cheese. You can use brie, bread cheese and something low moisture or with a rine. The woman in the tutorial says don't use a cheese that is soft and runny at room temperature. It looks amazing!
