Well I hate to say I am not surprised! A British study looked at how often adults change their bed sheets, and single men were found to have “significantly worse hygiene than women.” The numbers show almost half (45 percent) of the UK’s single men admitted they wait up to four months to wash their bed sheets.
12 percent said they wash them when they remember which sounds like even longer than four months. Check this out, this study also found their bedding was changed more often once they were in a relationship, most likely because women perform the majority of household chores.
Fellas, I would recommend that you wash your sheets weekly tops and minimum of every 3-4 days.
