2:50p UPDATE: The bicyclist shot on the Rickenbacker Causeway has died.
UPDATE: Miami Police released a tweet saying the Rickenbacker Causeway has fully reopened after an altercation between a bicyclist and a motorcyclist this morning.
A video was posted to Facebook of the incident and the man who was shot was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
A person was taken into custody at the scene of the incident
A bicyclist rushed to the hospital after being shot along the Rickenbacker Causeway.
City of Miami Police and Fire Rescue at the scene at the start of the William Powell Bridge.
According to a Tweet from Miami PD "counterflow has been established in order to allow traffic to move in and out on the Rickenbacker Causeway."
