Suit Filed Against FBI By Father Of Parkland Shooting Victim

It's the two-year anniversary of the Parkland tragedy, and the parents of a student victim have filed a lawsuit against the federal government.

Andrew Pollack and Shara Kaplan claim the FBI knew Nikolas Cruz "had the desire and capability to carry out a mass school shooting" and "failed to take any action whatsoever."

The suit, filed this week, claims Cruz spent the last several months before the murders of 17 students and staffers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, "collecting rifles and ammunition."

18-year old Meadow Pollack was among those killed.

The lawsuit seeks damages for wrongful death.
