'Grim Reaper' Pushes Case Against Governor DeSantis

(Tallahassee, FL) -- A Walton County lawyer is defending his unusual approach to changing the state's COVD laws.

Daniel Uhlfelder got attention this spring by visiting local beaches dressed as the Grim Reaper to warn people about the dangers of the coronavirus. He also sued the governor to get the beaches closed, but a court rejected the suit and called it frivolous.

Last week, Uhlfelder filed a response denying his suit is frivolous, and he tells News 13 he's pursuing this because he cares about protecting human life.
