(Ocala, FL) -- A drug ring leader who has been on the run for 35 years has been arrested in Ocala.
According to a 1985 indictment, 72-year-old Howard Farley and 73 others were charged with narcotics conspiracy in Nebraska. He reportedly used a railroad line to help dealers distribute illegal drugs across the country.
Investigators say Farley assumed the identity of a person who died as an infant in 1955 to avoid being captured.
