Remember that samaritan who stepped in and shot at a person who was on top of a struggling officer trying to take his firearm? No one was sure what the charges would be for him because he used his gun, shot and killed someone even though he was trying to help the police officer. Well, great news. He's been cleared of charges and still wants to remain unnamed.
