Big Sean really opened up in his Instagram posts to talk about his depression, anxiety, bad relationship with his mom and why he finally went to seek professional help. He also mentioned have the wrong people around him and the bad energy that came with it. I love that he's opened up because so many people are going through the same thing. I also feel like it's a stigma for men to seek help and I'm so happy he isn't letting that stop him from getting the help he needs.
