D-Nice Links Up With Ne-Yo & Kent Jones For New Single 'No Plans For Love'

Years since the release of his sophomore album, D-Nice has dropped a new single, "No Plans for Love," a collaboration with Ne-Yo and Kent Jones.

On Friday (March 19), the funky dance track, which he co-produced with Jones, arrived on streaming platforms, offering listeners some throwback vibes, with Ne-Yo taking the lead on vocals. "No plans for love/ I been here once before, ain't plan to see you twice/ Clearly you want some more, but there's no plans for love," the R&B vet sings on the hook of the three-minute track.

After releasing the song, the DJ took to Instagram to reveal that an accompanying music video for the cut is already in the works. "On set shooting the 'No Plans For Love,'" he captioned a photo of him at his turn tables. To commemorate the single and one-year anniversary of "Club Quarantine," D-Nice will be hosting a marathon 24-hour DJ set until early Saturday morning via Instagram Live.

Previously, D-Nice revealed that his Instagram Live sets, which took place at the top of quarantine, was a movement that started partially by accident. "I was literally just playing music from my laptop... The next day I hooked up the turntables then I noticed the crowd started to grow," he told Gayle King on CBS This Morning. "John Legend was in there. I called Dave Chappelle and he jumped in live. The next day J. Lo came, Drake arrived — then that Saturday party was everything. Everyone was there."
