Carbs, booze, chocolate and sex are health boosters

No need to feel guilty about eating bread, or having some beer, or eating chocolate, or having sex...there is such a thing as "good vices" and we need to stop beating ourselves up for occasionally indulging in things that we like right? If you think about it, mental and physical health are inseparable and if you are constantly guilty about eating, or drinking things that you "shouldn't", then you are causing stress, undermining your mental health, which undermines your physical health the cake, drink the beer and bang who you want (within reason).
