Water is NOT the best liquid for hydration

So apparently water is NOT the best thing to hydrate us and what is the best liquid to re-hydrate yourself may surprise and/or gross you out...it's milk. I'm sure you already knew by looking at the picture, but that's neither here, nor there. What is weird to me is that i can NOT see myself chugging a glass of milk after a workout, it doesn't mix well with all the beer. Anyway, more here
