The key to happiness is…drinking more water

Stay hydrated my friends! It turns out the key to happiness is drinking more water.

When polled, those that drank "more than enoughw ater" considered themselves to be "very happy", while those that didn't drink enough water also didn't consider themselves to be "very happy" either. So I guess if you put two and two together, it means that drink water and you'll be a lot better off. Either that, or you'll be running to the bathroom so much that you won't have time to think about how much your life sucks. See more here
