You can grow your own steak...with human cells
Yes I did say "steak", but steak made from human cells? Science and technology have pushed us to incredible limits and it is a brave new world indeed. There is a company trying to sell a DIY human cell steak kit. Basically, you swab your cheek and the cells are placed onto a fungus scaffold and kept warm for three months while being fed blood. Sound horrifying? It is. It's unlikely you will ever be able to purchase this, but hey, it's pretty cool right? Check out more here
