The key to a good night’s sleep is...socks

According to a doctor on TikTok (and quite frankly, if you can't trust a doctor on TikTok, who CAN you trust?) the key to getting a good night of sleep is wearing socks. Wearing socks opens the blood vessels and actually cools the body down and since your body equates the cool down as sleepy-time, you will fall asleep faster. Sounds good to me Dr. Jess! More here
