Teacher will NOT face charges for showing an R-rated movie in class
A teacher was the subject of a sheriff's investigation after the parents of a 15-year-old said their daughter was "traumatized" by being shown "porn" in class. The "porn" in question was Oliver Stone's "Alexander", the movie about Greek king Alexander the Great. The investigation showed no wrongdoing. More here

Scholl bus driver gets a DUI after crashing the bus
A bus driver in a bit of trouble today after crashing a school bus while drunk. The driver tried to negotiate a turn, but instead drove off the road, hit a road sign and went down an embankment. As you can imagine, the driver was arrested. More here

Teacher of the Year arrested for child abuse TWO DAYS after receiving award
A 60-year-old teacher has been arrested for child abuse just two days after winning "Teacher of the Year". Apparently the school posted the award congrats on their Instagram page and some students had some not-too-kind words to say about it. This teacher pulled one of the girls who commented into her classroom, where she allegedly hit the girl in the face several times.
