Wingstop CEO says chicken wing prices are falling
Good news everyone, according to the CEO of Wingstop, the price of wings is going down! If you harken back to not too long ago, you will remember that the price of chicken wings was high and availability was low. In fact, Wingstop even had an ad campaign to try to get us to eat more thighs to offset the rising cost in wings. Why the higher prices and lower supply? The pandemic. More dining at home, less eating out, but an increase in curbside and delivery meant people scarfing down a LOT of wings over the past year and a half or so.
