Tell your grandparents to watch out for the "grandparent scam"!
An elderly Florida Woman fell victim to the "grandparent scam" to the tune of over $700,000! It starts with an elderly person with money, who is both naive and doesn't really know what their grandchild sounds like. This old lady got a call from a woman claiming to be her granddaughter and said she was in an accident and needed money to get out of jail. A man got on the phone claiming to be an attorney and backed up the girl's claim. This prompted the old woman to withdraw a lot of cash and it keeps going and going. This woman got hit for over $700K and now HER lawyer is suing the bank for not questioning such large withdrawals. More here

Florida Woman beats a victim and smashes a window in a road rage incident
A local Florida Woman from Ft. Myers got arrested for beating a victim and smashing a car window in a road rage incident. It gets even more strange, as deputies showed up and found the victim's car with the smashed window and the beaten driver, but the found the aggressor and her car smashed into a community sign and light! Florida Man's double life is discovered due to a hospital visit
A Florida Man had his whole life flash before his eyes while he was in a hospital and it had NOTHING to do with the medical procedure he came in for! Greg Bender went into the hospital for a procedure and when his fiance came to visit him in the ICU, it hit the fan! You see, when Greg's fiance came into the room, there was already a woman there...Greg's wife! Oh fun! Looks like someone has a LOT of explaining to do and you can see more here
