Kraft offers customers a $20 apology for the cream cheese shortage
Let us never forget the great cream cheese shortage of 2021. It will haunt us forever. How many bagels went dry? How many recipes went unfulfilled? Too many and by God, Kraft is going to do something to make it right. Kraft is offering $20 to help customers due to shortages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese. Kraft Heinz, which produces Philadelphia Cream Cheese said that it had to ship 35% more than last year. Help is on the way apparently, Kraft is working to offset the shortages, including scaling back on some products so it can produce more cream cheese. I hope so, because otherwise no more cheesecake!
