“Magic mushrooms helped me regain control of my brain”
In a 2019 book, this author talked to a well-known expert in psychedelic substances, who claims that the Earth is talking to us, we just need to use magic mushrooms to be able to listen. He theorized that the chemical compound that makes the mushrooms 'magic" can unlock a part of our brain that will enable us to listen to what Mother Nature has to say. Now, while the author of this article may not have talked to plants, he did find that mushrooms helped gain control of his brain. In fact, there are many mental health experts who are experimenting with and touting the merits of magic mushroom brain therapy. Those that are into it describe it as kind of like a mental "reset", others have said it has made their depression disappear completely. Very interesting read and you can see more here
