Peacock drops the trailer for “Bel-Air” which starts next month
"The Fresh Price of Bel-Air" was a HUGE sitcom in the 90s starring Will Smith and now it is getting a reboot! It's NOT getting a comedic reboot either, this version, simply called "Bel-Air" is a gritty reimagining of the story of Will's character from back in the day. If you remember the original show's theme song, a couple of guys that were up t no good, started making trouble in his neighborhood. he got in one little fight and his mom got scared and said "you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air". It was there that Will reconnected with his aunt Viv and uncle Phil, as well as his cousins Hillary, Ashley and of course, Carlton. Will was also introduced to the house manager, Geoffrey. Well ALL of those characters are back, but in an ALL new way! This show is dramatic, looks very well shot and the cast and sets look great. "Bel-Air" hits Peacock on February 13th and you can see the official trailer here
