Attractive people have better immune systems
It turns out that on top of all the other perks that come with being attractive, research shows that attractive people also have better immune systems. Beautiful immune systems if you will. They asked a bunch of people deemed "attractive" by a focus group judging photos and those people had their blood tested versus other test subjects, or the "non-attractive" group. The attractive people's blood was found to have higher rates of phagocytosis, which is “the process by which specific white blood cells ingest foreign particles.” Simply put, attractive people DO in fact have a better immune system. The higher rate of phagocytosis means they can better eliminate bacteria, fungi and malignant cells. Just a side note here, I NEVER get sick! Lol! More here
