“Mini Workouts” are the new hotness 

I get it, life moves fast and sometimes you may not feel like you have an hour to go to the gym, or workout and you may actually NOT have an hour a day to workout. Well, how about 10 minutes? Experts are now saying that you can get a good workout in about 10 minutes, totally going against what we have always believed. These "mini workouts" apparently do wonders to help you lose weight, gain energy and tone up. The problem is, we have a tendency to feel like we HAVE to workout for an extended period of time, or we're not "doing anything" right? So what happens is we get hung up on doing a few hour-long workouts a week and quite frankly struggle to keep coming up with new workouts for that extended period of time. It's tough! Mini workouts help you mentally too...you release feel-good endorphins with your mini workout and also reduce guilt associated with NOT working out. All good things. On top of all of that, it sparks the yearning for more, so healthier eating habits and good choices prevail and doing a 10-minute workout sometimes inspires you to go on if you have the time, pushing further.
