Serial butt slapper has been caught...what an ass
Not just a butt slapper, but a serial butt slapper has been caught in Texas...we think. Authorities have named a person they believe has been slapping women's butts in the Houston Heights area over the past few months. That's a lot of butt slappin'! One victim shared video of the man from her doorbell camera onto the NextDoor app and other victims recognized the man and came forward too. David Torres is the man suspected of assaulting at least two women in the neighborhood and he was issued a citation for the offense of simple assault and that he is scheduled to appear in court. No idea why this guy is walking around slapping women's butts, however, you can see more here
