Real men don’t care how they look
A real man doesn't care how he looks, he's too busy being, you know, manly and stuff. Now don't get me wrong, this can be a GOOD thing. A simple guy who in not overly concerned with how he looks, but manages to do so anyway with simple style. Think David Duchovny's character in "Californication". Rarely seen in ANYTHING but jeans and a t-shirt, his character still had style. I've modeled my style very much the same way. I have an endless supply of jeans, black t-shirts and Chuck Taylors. Simple. Easy. I have not however modeled my LIFE after his character, a drunk womanizer (not ANYMORE anyway). So simple style can be a good thing. BUT a man NOT caring about how he looks (which is generally true) can be pretty bad too. How many pairs of cutoff jean shorts does he own??!!?!?!? When you see a guy walking around in basketball shorts, Crocs with socks pulled up and a wife beater, just know that you COULD say something, but he doesn't care. More here
