Taco Bell announced when they’re bringing back Mexican Pizza
Sometimes when things are gone, it's not forever. Especially when you have rabid fans of a product that is taken from them. They will write, they will call, they will take to social media and let you know about it. Such is the case with Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza. A favorite among MANY and then for some reason, POOF! It was gone. You may remember that Taco Bell revamped its menu not too long ago and one of the casualties was the Mexican Pizza. Introduced in 1985, it QUICKLY became one of the most well-loved menu items. The Mexican Pizza was seasoned ground beef and refried beans, sandwiched between two tostadas, then covered in diced tomatoes, a three-cheese blend and a spicy "pizza" sauce and it was nothing short of FANTASTIC!! There are rumor that the new incarnation will feature the original, a vegetarian friendly non-beef version, plus others that include double cheese, one with spicy chorizo instead of ground beef and more. So, WHEN is it coming back? After scouring the web and doing some deep dives, I have come to the conclusion that Taco Bell's Mexican Pizza will be available yet again on May 19th. More here
