Your makeup brushes are dirtier than your toilet
Good news no one, it turns out that your makeup brushes are dirtier than your toilet...like MUCH dirtier. And you put those on your face. Good luck sleeping before you wash every makeup brush you own! Even after only a few uses, your makeup brushes can be dirtier than a toilet, containing mold, bacteria, yeast and other microbes. They did a test of 12 different makeup appliers and scientists found that samples held a collective 4,364 colonies of yeast and bacteria while 11 of the brushes were reportedly filthier than the average toilet seat. The worst on average were the eyeshadow brush, the blusher brush and lipgloss. You'd be better off applying these things with your toilet brush! Check out more here
