Here’s why you should avoid the swim-up bar at ALL COSTS
A swim-up bar at a big pool with tons of people around sounds refreshing right? I mean, how convenient? Instead of having to get out of the pool, you can just get a drink right there. And THAT my friend is exactly why you should avoid the swim-up bar at all costs. You see, because while you don't have to leave the pool for a drink, you don't necessarily have to leave the pool to urinate either. The last time you went to one of those big pool parties with tons of people and a swim-up bar, did you see many of them leaving the pool? NOPE! Most people get their spot and camp out for the day! The swim-up bar only adds to how convenient it is to pee in the pool. So I know what you're thinking, "I can still GO to the pool parties, I'll just stay out of the water and I'll be fine." WRONG! The fact is, the high level of uric acid in the pool. mixed with the chlorine in the pool creates noxious gases and good luck breathing that way. Gross.
