Here’s how you can lose 14 pounds in 3 months 

According to science, you can lose 14 pounds in 3 months by eating all of your food for the day between the hours of 7AM and 3PM. The 8-hour eating schedule thing is nothing new, many people intermittent fast with this program. Let's say you start eating at noon, you'd eat until 8PM and then done for the day. This system works pretty well for a lot of people, but this program is pretty specific...eat from 7AM-3PM, but why? To test it, they had two groups...one ate during this specific window, the other group ate whenever they wanted. As you may have guessed, those that stuck to the 7AM-3PM eating schedule lost more weight than the others and that is with the same exercise routines and both groups ate the same foods. This is fasting. The specific TIME isn't the key, it's the number of hours you are fasting. Basically you don't eat for 16 hours and have 8 hours of eating time. You can play with the time, but make no mistake, it is NOT an invitation to eat whatever you want just because you are fasting for 16 hours a day.
