How to beat sugar cravings and STOP eating Halloween candy
If you have kids, there is NO doubt that by now you have plowed through a bunch of their Halloween candy. Look at you. You probably have a Butterfinger in your hand right now! I know, it's tough, little fun-size pieces of glory just sitting there in a bucket or bag, tempting you, calling your name. We must fight the urge, but how? Here are some tips on how to curb your desire to eat your kids' Halloween candy until you are sitting in a pile of candy wrappers and regret.
1) Go Natural- go ahead and feed your sugar cravings with natural sugars from fruits, or nuts
2) Make Sure You're Getting Enough Calories- the more full you are, or feel, the less you will be likely to indulge in sweet snacks
3) Add Protein to Every Meal- reason being is to add to the above, protein makes you feel more full, for longer
