After only three days of construction work, road access has been restored for residents on Pine Island. However, restrictions will be enforced.

Access to the island will be limited as relief efforts continue, with law enforcement manning checkpoints.

Residents should bring a driver's license, utility bill, lease, or some proof of residency.

First responders, utility crews, emergency management personnel, and suppliers bringing in fuel, water, and other essentials will also be allowed to use the bridge.
