Until further notice, Cape Coral is waiving permit fees for all residents and business owners to help expedite recovery efforts from Hurricane Ian.
Two locations are opening Tuesday morning, serving as emergency building permitting operations for cape coral residents.
The first is Cape Coral City Hall, and the other is at the Cape Coral Art Center on Coronado Parkway.
These locations aim to speed up the permit and review process for residence and business owners to quickly obtain what they need for building inspections.
